The State Department has revoked more than 250,000 visas since President Trump took office, State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott told Fox News Digital on September 30.
The reasons: DUIs, assaults, thefts, sexual assault, child abuse, drug crimes, embezzlement, birth tourism schemes (2,300 cases), and national security threats.
“A U.S. visa is a privilege, not a right — and if you violate the terms of that privilege, you will lose it,” Pigott said.
The administration is now preparing to revoke up to 200,000 more B-1/B-2 visas from foreigners who gamed the asylum system.
What they’re not telling you
For four years visas were handed out while the border was wide open. Now the cleanup is happening one revocation at a time — 250,000 and counting — and the media that ignored the crisis wants you to feel sorry for the criminals losing their paperwork.
